Import Hire Dates
Upload the Workday roster XLSX file (e.g. CR_HighPerformanceUniforms). Reads Team Member ID and Hire Date columns and fills in the hire date for any roster record that currently has a blank hire date.
perFIT Spreadsheet Cleanup Report
Upload the "BreezeActiveUsersWithCredit" spreadsheet. This will filter to pilots only (excluding Flight Attendants), then cross-reference against the Pilot perFIT system to find anyone who should be removed because they are terminated or no longer listed.
Breeze Employee Upload File Generator
Upload the Workday roster file. This will filter out non-pilots, map First Officers / Captains (including Fleet Managers and Cadre Pilots as Captains), and generate a CSV in the Breeze upload template format.
